Taxes will be applied to every product sold on the D-LinkShop website, based on the customer's billing address. The customer shall pay any duties and taxes associated with their purchase, including, without limitation, all Canadian federal goods and services taxes and all applicable provincial taxes.

Customers from AB, BC, MB, NT, NU, PE, QC, SK, and YK will pay GST of 5%.

Customers from ON will pay GST of 5% and PST of 8%.

Customers from NB, NF, and NS will pay HST of 13%.

For shipping, a flat rate of $8.00 is added to every order that is completed on the D-LinkShop website. Applicable taxes will be added on top of this flat fee.

D-Link will only ship to Canadian locations. Shipping dates are estimates only and D-Link shall not be responsible for any delays in the shipping of any product. D-Link may, at its reasonable discretion, reschedule shipping dates or make partial shipments. D-Link shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to determine or change the method of shipping.
